Allow yourself a few days of disconnection, to feel and reconnect with your energy, embracing your inner self through meditation, yoga and walks in nature. Enjoy an experience which will leave you feeling physically and mentally strong.

Spend 4 days in an agritourism location in the Serra de Tramuntana, practising Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga daily, in the morning and in the afternoon,nourishing us with the menus designed by Nutreatude, learning with the Masterclass of detox nutrition by Gemma Bes and exploring the island through walks, visit nice villages and its magical beaches or typical craft markets.

MALIN BERGHAGEN:

A Swedish actress and writer, Malin found her own temple of inner peace in the practise of Yoga, 20 years ago. She received the blessing of her teacher Maria Boox to begin her own teaching after just 3 years of practice. This was not because of the number of Asanas she had done but because, as Maria said “you have had the inner wisdom of Yoga since you were very young. The Asanas will come through the years of practice. ” Since then, Malin’s approach has been to guide her students under the slogan “It’s not about being able to put your foot behind your head. It’s about putting your ego under your foot. ”

Malin left the theatrical stage to focus solely on her teachings as a Yoga teacher. Her foundation is in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, although she loves Rocket Yoga, Jivamukti and Akroyoga just as much. She sincerely and honestly expresses, that after 20 years of embracing of yoga, she has a tremendous curiosity for new Yoga teachers who want to open the door to this magical world, and very little patience with those who think they know better and more than those who eat meat, drink wine or smoke. All this shows is that they simply do not understood what Yoga really is.

“Yoga is meditation in movement, through which we come to a quiet space and the ability to accept our body, thoughts, feelings and soul. To grow and open our hearts. A path that we need to walk in our own space and time. Yoga is an individual exercise that we can train in together, yet individually. We need to respect the uniqueness, characteristics, physicality and history of each technique. My courses and classes use Asanas to enter into meditation more easily, with the aim of expanding our inner space, to inspire listening and give courage to immerse ourselves within it. This is how we build a firm foundation on which to support ourselves.”

LOCATION:

Our trip will take place in Can Torna, an agritourism located in a valley of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering us the perfect setting to enjoy an unforgettable experience, surrounded by nature and pure mountain air.

A typical Mallorcan finca, its owners have managed to maintain its traditional charm and essence, despite its renovation. It has 10 spacious rooms, each with their own bathroom, kitchen, dining room, cloister, terrace with porch, orchard and swimming pool with stunning views.

This location allows us, in addition to some beautiful Yoga sessions, to access routes through the mountains and nearest towns (Esporles 2 Km, Valldemossa 12 Km, Banyalbufar 12 Km or Deià 23 Km) or to simply enjoy the surrounding landscape whilst dining on a delicious vegetarian or vegan lunch.
